This policy explains what Thumbstop Media collects when you use our website and chat with AJ, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it plain on purpose.

What we collect

• Contact details you give us — your email address, and a name or company if you choose to share them (for example, when you ask AJ to send you a plan or you join our newsletter).
• Your conversation with AJ — the messages you exchange, so we can answer you and improve the service.
• A website URL you paste in — if you ask AJ to analyze your site, we use that URL to build your plan.
• Basic technical data — IP address and browser/user-agent, used for security and rate-limiting (stopping abuse of the service).
• Local storage on your device — we store a small counter in your browser to limit how many live video sessions run. It is not a tracking cookie and is not shared.

How we use it

• To answer your questions and generate the custom plan you requested.
• To email you your plan or updates when you ask us to.
• To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.
• To improve how AJ and our offering work.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for others’ advertising.

Data security

Access to your data is restricted to our service running on our server; API keys and database credentials are kept server-side and never exposed to your browser. Connections are encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Payment card data is handled entirely by Stripe. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect what you share.

How long we keep it

We keep leads and conversation records for as long as needed to follow up with you and run our business, and then delete or anonymize them. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see below).

Your choices & rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can opt out of emails at any time using the unsubscribe link or by emailing us. Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR or CCPA), you may have additional rights — we honor those requests. Email privacy@thumbstopmedia.com and we’ll take care of it.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
